Is it fun to play with ouija board and occult stuffs to try to invite spirits into your home?

If you have done these things, was it fun? Is it something to be played with? btw, I have kids who think they can do it for fun.

  1. omg. Please you really must not play with things like this. I know you think it is for fun, But would you let your kids go out and take a crucifix from the Church and throw it around like a baseball.

  2. I would like to try it but won’t. Don’t mess with the unknown unless you have someone there who knows what they are doing

  3. Hon, it’s a bad idea to “play” with stuff such as the occult and inviting spirits into your home.
What happens when a bad spirit gets in? Will you guys be smiling and having a good time then?
I highly suggest you don’t mess around with any of it.
The occult and spirits are not what Hollywood makes them out to be.
But hey, you want to chance letting a demon into your home and lives, go for it.

  4. Let me ask you a question: Do you think the devil would like for you to get involved in these practices? The answer is yes–and that should be a solemn warning to you.
The Bible is very clear: If we want to please God, we will avoid everything that has anything to do with the occult (even if it seems innocent or harmless on the surface). The reason is because occult practices of any kind could involve you with spiritual forces that are opposed to God and are, in fact , in league with the devil.
I know that is a strong statement–but I can’t emphasize strongly enough how spiritually dangerous it is to follow Satan’s way rather than God’s way. When the Ephesians who had practiced the occult became Christians, they “brought their (magic) scrolls together and burned them publicly” (Acts 19:19). They knew there could be no compromise between their old way of living and God’s way.
Don’t try to resist the “pull” you feel toward the occult in your own strength. Instead, by faith turn to Christ and ask Him to come into your life and give you the strength of His Holy Spirit. Don’t be deceived, but come to Christ, who alone is “the way and the truth and the life” (John 14:6).

  5. It’s pretty boring, unless you play with a ouija board with kids who still believe in that sort of thing. Then it might be fun to watch them get freaked out over nothing.
    Spirits aren’t real.

  6. Yes I did a handful of times when I was a teen, a bit of fun, but scared my friends a lot who were already scared before we started. One friend jumped up and ran screaming out of the house.
Not a fun thing for the already scared and impressionable mind.
If you believe in spirits then I would suggest to leave this well alone.

  7. Is just waste of time, spirits not exist, cannot invite them anywhere, Ouija board is just cheap toy, ideomotor effect cause pointer move, users subconsciously move it, it cannot tell anything users not know, if use and wear blindfold it spell nothing, if ask of foreign languages it not know them either, is absurd say toy is dangerous, is no proof of it, if dangerous is illegal sell it at Toys R Us and Wal-Mart, some people are quite gullible, my aunt Tomomi and her son Kenichi use Ouija board long time, only receive silly answers, is never dangerous at them.

  8. Im a pretty open minded person. But Having a strong catholic upbringing and Mom. Bless her cotton socks. I would strongly not advise this. You do not want to offend God. God is love and the best friend youll ever have and its best to do the right thing by him. For a happy and pure life. I tried a ouija board when I was a teen and if your curious I’ll tell you it worked and thats all you really need to know. I am also curious about astrology because its facinating but like my mum says it will only make you delusional about the truth. Meaning its just someones perception and not actually the perfect truth.
    I hope this helps.

  9. I remember thinking how much fun it would be to try it when I was 13. It was funny, at first. WE all (3 friends and I) were laughing and trying to figure out who was pushing the thingie around. Then we all let go and it finished what it was spelling, which was “Kim Dies.”
Kim was there, and a little upset by that. Well, we put the board away and tried to forget about it.
The problem was, we had opened the door to things we shouldn’t have. We all started having weird experiences (I’m talking being beaten in our beds by nothing that could be seen, starting to have dreams that came true- always of bad things, etc). It got out of our control VERY fast. In the ouji board’s defense, we ere also “playing” with things like the Witches Bible, black candles, etc.
After a few months, we tried to destroy all that stuff in a trash-can fire, but after burning enough that the neighbors called the police, none of those items were damaged. That was enough to convince me that we were messing with something beyond what we could handle…
In short (I know, too late), ouji boards may not be much by themselves, but if you allow that door to the spirit realm to be opened, and you are dabbling with evil, it will get out of your control and can have long-lasting effects.
I would advise you to stay clear of it all. It is not to be taken lightly!

  10. “If the young men bring up such subjects as Ouija boards, séances, spiritualism, or Satan worship, you should tell them that such things are tools of Satan and that we have been counseled to avoid them completely.”

  11. You should NEVER play with those. their evil. my mom is wicken and she says that’s very bad and can invite demonic spirits into your life. Reamember : Never take up what you can’t put down.
