Is it a sin to sniff a tree? Maybe to hug it and say hello? Or to think sin is overrated?

  1. Nope.
    Hugs and Hellos are free.
When I hug a tree, I give it a big bear hug, just to let the tree know it is loved :).

  2. If you just want to see what it smells like I don’t think it’s a sin. I’ve read that tree hugging is a pagan practice, the tree being a phallic symbol. I’m still not sure if it’s true but that could be seen as a sin depending on your faith.

How to perform Yoga Nidra : Art of Yogi Sleep
