  1. no. it’s not a good way to lose weight. it does not increase your heart rate enough to start the metabolic process of fat cell cumbustion

  2. No. Stretching will only make you more flexible, but it is highly unlikely to help you lose weight. Some people say it does, but I’ve only found the skinny people who do yoga were always skinny anyway.

  3. I discovered recently that additional weight is not constantly due to additional fat, a load of extra weight is simply lying around in the insides. I used a brand new supplement that is taking the nation by storm, it rinses out the insides. I do not understand how it does it, however I understand that I shed 17 lbs and five inches off of my midriff! There’s a risk free trial at http://menaps.newgreendiet.info

  4. The term overweight signifies varying things to varying people. It’s a good idea to start at the beginning, and establish if you are actually overweight for your size or not, by computing your BMI (Body Mass Index). You can discover how to do it at the site in the box below, they have a lot of instruction, I lost 7 pounds by following their helpful advice.

  5. Here’s a pop quiz. Escalators help us to: 1.Move up and down faster 2. Gain weight 3. Stand stupidly as they move up and down 4 Look down at other people when you are going down 5. Look up to others when we are going up you have to pick the correct answer from the 5 alternatives given. You can see for your self that all the options are in a way correct. So the next time you travel on an escalator, don’t just stand there…climb up or down along with it. (Or better yet, take the stairs.)
