So I have been thinking and it seems to hint at just that. Depression is like a weakness of the whole body, truly the nervous system. With depression you get mental fatigue like loss of memory, concentration, intelligence etc…, physical exhaustion like lingering fatigue, weakness, poor appetite, poor sleep etc…, sexual exhaustion like impotence, infertility etc…, emotional like anxiety, low self-esteem, depression itself etc… Depression is like your whole life force is being drained out of you. People with Chronic Fatigue usually have Depression. Dysthimia, is like Chronic Fatigue where your brain cannot bounce back up to full health. Major Depression bounces back up but that’s how it began; your overall energy force fell suddenly. Like your body could not adapt to a stress. It was just a shock to what already was your weakening life force. Perhaps it is like that Qi we have in Eastern Medicine. It all seems connected. Is all seems like a whole weakness of your body.
