Is astral projection just a load of BS?

Or is there actually something to it? I say this as a person with interest.

  1. I will ask Terrance and Phillip, and then I’ll get back to you.
Oh. *Astral* projection, not *asstral* projection… Oops.
    My bad.

  2. Yup. I tried for a while, and when I finally “did it” I realized its just my imagination. How stupid I was in youth.

  3. It is a PITA to prove, though there are recorded incidences that go back to the dawn of human recording.
I’d be hard pressed to say there is nothing to it, but I do not think it’s something as perfect as hopping out of your body and taking a stroll, it’s probably tied into the concepts of remote viewing and lucid dreaming.

  4. There is no credible evidence to support the existence of astral projection.
Since 1964 James Randi, of the James Randi Educational Foundation, has offered a cash prize to anyone who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event. The current prize is $1 million dollars.
Not one singe person has won in the over 40 years the prize has been offered.

  5. I can and do vouch for its validity, and what’s more it’s a learnable skill. Treat yourself to a copy of “Astral Dynamics” by Robert Bruce, it’s in a class of its own and is utterly fascinating. A person with interest shouldn’t be without it…
