Consciousness creates images in a thought form. And the only matter is is where this image occurs.
Particles act as both a point and a wave of probabilities. When the wave is measured or observed, it collapses to a determined state. There is no way to know what state a wave function is in unless observed, and to observe would force an interaction with the system. This has led some to believe the potential for consciousness to act as the trigger for the state-vector collapse. Even though it does not ‘create’ matter, it could arguably determine the present state. Consciousness would then inherit the responsibility of providing an adhesive factor to our reality, maintaining the forms matter creates.
