There are fossilised shamanic rites in all religions, speaking in tongues and having fits on the floor is an example still seen in Christian churches.

One of the signs of becoming a shaman is dying and being reborn, often very painfully. It consists of being torn spiritually to pieces and then remaking yourself with the aid of a spirit guide.
Very much like Christ on the cross and his resurrection.

I think Jesus was a buddha and that the bible is a pirate copy of ancient sanskrit scriptures…with some spin put in it.

How about “Jesus as character in a fairy tale”?
He definitely wasn’t a shaman.

Of course he was a shaman. He does everything a shaman does for a people. He heals them, he speaks to God for them, and he performs important rite of passage ceremonies for them (weddings).

Not only that, but he was trained in a way similar to many shamans. Many shamans are “chosen” to be and learn their shamanistic secrets through sensory deprivation and isolation. How many years did he wander around the desert again?

Total contradiction of theology.
