I need some spiritual guidance?

I am in the midst of the hardest year I can remember, and quite frankly I am having a spiritual crisis. I feel like questioning the existence of a God or whatever you want to call Him makes me ungrateful, which I’m not. I feel like I should talk to someone, but I don’t know who. I’m not religiou and don’t affliate with any sort of religion or anything. Any suggestions?

  1. What “oppression” is more grievous than that a soul seeking the truth, and wishing to attain unto the knowledge of God, should know not where to go for it and from whom to seek it?
    (Baha’u’llah, The Kitab-i-Iqan, p. 31)
Yes, Baha’u’llah understands your grievous oppression; come to Him and He will teach you more.

  2. Pray to Jesus earnestly and He will help you.
    Read your Holy Bible.
Make acquaintance with true Christian believers.

  3. Go help out at an inner city outreach, you will realize your problems are small compared to what other people deal with. God bless

  4. This is a normal situation and most likely comes to occur when people suffers an unfortenate turn of events that lead to depression.
Try to engage with your hobbies. Do anything you like and refrain from doing anything you hate. find a reason for tomorrow. Plant some flowers; have a pet. make some studies; engage in charity works.
And the most important of all; try to have peace with your own self.
