  • It means that a) somebody is trying to con you out of money, either now or in the future or/and b) you are quite gullible and do not have a basic grasp of science.

Human eyes see only ‘visible’ light, even though this is a fraction of the light around us. All this other light can be detected by a variety of instruments (all of it!). Apart from a small amount of infra red radiation (which is, you’ve guessed it, red! though it’s just off our ability to see it) the human body does not emit anything else.

    Nothing.

    Nada.

    Zilch.

So you have to ask yourself, why would somebody lie to you? What is there reason? What are they after?

Trust no one who would tell you a lie without a very good reason.

  • Hi there,

You must remember that your aura is constantly changing as it interacts with the different energies around you. Depending on where each colour was also has an affect on what it means, but in general:

Light blue – peaceful, excellent communicator, sincere, creative with a positive attitude.

Green – balanced, grounded, nurturing, generous, stable and sensitive.

    Hope this helps 🙂

  • One new age claim that has received a great deal of attention involves the notion that humans are surrounded by some sort of a glow or “field” that is invisible to all but gifted psychics. The aura is of variable size, quality, and color, and occurs mainly surrounding the head, according to the aura seers.
The variables are said to be indications of character, health, and emotions. Colors are particularly important:

    Pink means affection.
    Bright red means anger.
Dark red means passion and sensuality.
    Yellow means high intellectual activity.
Orange means selfishness, pride, and ambition.
    Brown means greed.
Green means many, many different things.
    Blue means religion and devotion.
Purple means psychic ability and occult power.

In representations of Christian and Buddhist saints and other holy figures, the halo shown probably indicates the aura. When it surrounds the whole body, it is known as the aureola.
Numerous tests of the existence of this phenomena have proved negative.

The notion that auras reflect health is a common one among true believers. The problem is, what color reflects what condition? There is no consensus on what the colors mean, which makes it difficult if not impossible to devise an empirical test to determine whether there is any correlation between specific colors and specific diseases. In other words, reading auras is something like reading. Rorschach tests with the added difficulty of each psychic potentially seeing a different pattern.

For every other object of color we have scientific devices which can measure any energy emitted from the object, as well as the wavelengths of light reflected from the object. Even though equipment exists capable of measuring extremely minute energy levels, no one has ever detected an aura or the alleged energy that gives rise to an aura using scientific equipment. Human tissue is about a million times less sensitive than something like a PET scanner, yet we are supposed to believe that some special people can “see” what cannot otherwise be detected. Or, we are supposed to believe that we all have the power to see auras but somehow we have repressed or never trained our psychic selves to unleash the power within.
