How would i benefit from learning Tai Chi?

I heard that “Tai chi chuan” is used as a form of Meditation, and i was wanting to learn it.
But first i want to hear what you have to say about it.

  1. Hmmmm seems there a lot of folk who don’t know much of what they speak.
    It’s a discipline, a martial art form, and a meditation all rolled up and smoked like a gonzo doobie

  2. Tai Chi is both a martial art and a form of meditation.
    It’s very relaxing, excellent for your joints and balance, improves your digestion, clears the mind, increases blood circulation and is a fairly effective form of self-defense that is relatively quick to learn (that was its original intent).

  3. Tai Chi teaches harmony in form and balance. It is good for relaxation and teaching self control. Once the forms are learned, it can be used as a moving meditation, gathering chi to help with your daily activities. It is good exercise for most all ages.
