How useful is meditation before a workout and exercise ?
Lets say before a very vigorous workout, If I meditate and free my mind. Will be able to control the pain better when exercising. For example, I do the horse stance. (Martial arts stance). I can sit in it for 5 minutes. If I meditate before I do those kind of exercises, will I have the mental strength to do more.

It’s some what useful keeping your mind clear and calm so when you’re working out you don’t feel as pressured and angry.

In order for the chi to flow, the mind must be calm and the body must be relaxed.
