How to have brains like Albert einstein?

Although of average size, Albert Einstein’s brain had a larger parietal lobe and a smaller groove separating the lobe, possibly accounting for his genius at mathematics, or possibly coming about because of his continued thinking process {source from http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1G1-56249888.html} .. I would like to ask what type of mind engaging activities can we do to achieve brains like einstein? what type of critical thinking?

1. Eat almonds regularly (something we don’t do often) 🙂
2. Play CHESS
3. WORDPLAY and Puzzles also help.
4. Indulge yourself into READING (voth Facts and Fiction)
5. Mind and Body are connected, so the more relaxed you body is, the saner/healthier your mind feels. So keep discipline in your biological clock/routine.

Nomii seems as good as it gets for advice to help your mind, but even if it doesn’t make you smarter, it will lead to a cheerful life, which is not to be sneezed at. Just take it easy with the almonds. It is possible to overdose on them and get cyanide poisoning – I don’t know how many kilos you would have to eat; probably more than enough to make you sick of them long before the toxins get to you, but just in case…. food is not likely to affect your brain so long as your diet is varied and sufficient.

Blood supply to the brain has some effect. It’s hard to increase the blood supply, but mild exercise while holding your breath, such as swimming underwater, is said to have some effect. Exercise has always been emphasized at schools, though not always with any awareness of the scholastic benefits. Being born with natural talent helps a lot, and so does exposure to challenging concepts at an early age. For example, the most intelligent person in a grade school class is usually the youngest.
Here is an essay on how it used to be done:

Your can train your brain as you would for your muscles. With training, some people can, for example, do complex arithmetic calculations or remember words by heart. Savant autistics can do that.
But is it intelligence?
I don’t know if Albert Einstein was especially “intelligent” but he had the gift of “thinking outside the box.”
When everyone was trying to find the aether; the medium in which light was moving, he simply thought: What if there was no aether and the speed of light was constant?
Here is an exercise for you: Relativity says that there is no absolute reference in the universe; everything is seen as from the observer’s point of view.
That’s why, wherever we are in the universe, we observe it as being at its center and that’s why all distant galaxies seem to move away from us and the farther they are, the faster they move from us.
Now, try to imagine this four dimensions universe; the web of space-time. Can you do it?
I can’t. I understand what it implies and I try to “visualize” it but I can’t. it is beyond my biological capacity. Perhaps someone can. It would then, in my humble opinion, be a good example of the “intelligence” that Einstein had: the possibility to “see” what we don’t see. And I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with the size or shape of our brain.
Also remember that Einstein did most of his work when in his twenties. After that, he spent most of his life trying to find the “cosmological constant” that he admitted later was his biggest mistake.
