hello. I am on a yoga program, our program is divided into one-hour segments of time. (yoga, gym, lunch, cog-stim, etc) What I have noticed the most is the prahna (breathing) exercises. Also some of the inversion poses well, give me a viewpoint I hadn’t realized or accepted before. Yoga is not a program to bulk yourself ‘up’, but a way to become a more complete person. much luck, da ma tse
