How much can you do with lucid dreaming?

I know it works because I had a lucid dream once it felt totally real but after changing only two things in my dream fully aware of what I was doing, I slipped out of my dream. I decided to keep trying. What kind of things can you do in a lucid dream? Can you change anything? Can you completly create things? Like people or places or creatures. And is it eventully possible to be in story mode? To create a place or something in your head that will be there next time you lucid dream and can you carry it on to your lucid day dreams?

Hi Bananas,

It depends on your skill. But you can do vitrtually everything. Create moutains and move them. Reverse gravity, speed up time, slow it down or stop it. Anything.
Changing something does not result in loss of control.

When you start losing control of your LD again, try spinning around. It will give you back your control over your dream.

Hypnotism is merely a heightened state of suggestibility, in which you are better able to communicate with your subconscious mind. 85% of people… Read more »

Since lucid dreaming is still being researched I believe the possibilities are endless. I have been lucid dreaming for over four years, almost every night. I have one continued storyline I am working on. I can replay things and create and change things.
