Laughter is healthy and happiness has been proven by credible physicians helps promote healing in the critically ill as well as promotes certain enzymes to our brains to stimulate a positive energy for us to accomplish better things in our everyday life.
Comedy is necessary and is much more pleasurable than Tragedy.

im always laughing…….with the kids, with my husband and at a lot of the questions on this site…….lol

  1. I laugh all the time. Some people think there’s something wrong with me because I laugh some much. I think if you don’t laugh about, it will probably make you crazy.

  2. I laugh more then 2 times a day. The people that I support make me laugh. They are good natured human beings and have great personalities.

  3. I totally agree! I make a point of renting funny vids, reading the newspaper and seeing Geo W on the news at least once a day. Remember…..do not take life so serious…none of us get out of it alive! LOL!

  4. Laughing helped me get over my husband leaving. I laugh alot. Right after my car accident I was laughing…mostly because I was like holy crap we just survived that with out any problems. I agree…laughing is the best to solve a problem.

  5. I love to laugh! Chortle, smile, grin, titter, giggle, gufaw. Life is too short not to enjoy it. Humor is good for the soul.

  6. I laugh more than twice daily. I love to laugh so everyday I try to watch America’s Funniest Home Videos. That show NEVER fails to make me laugh until I cry.
