  1. A chakra is believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as wheel or disk and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity emanating from the major nerve ganglia branching forward from the spinal column. Generally, six of these wheels are described, stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead, the seventh lying beyond the physical world. It is the six major chakras that correlate with basic states of consciousness…

  2. If you get good enough with your chakra, you can pwn noobs in the hall at your school with an energy ball attack. Also, it increase daily vitamin intake. Don’t ask how.

  3. Your chakras are very useful in determining illness or stress your body may be undergoing at a particular time. As with any illness, it’s usually indicative also that one of your body’s chakras is “out of whack” or out of balance. The body’s chakras are basically regulators for the flow of energy throughout our body… Each of our 7 chakras are associated with one of the seven endocrine glands, and also with a group of nerves… called a plexus. Does that help?
