how does tai chi benefit the body/the person?

i hope tai chi is what its called.. the slow motion fighting tactics kind of thing
anyhow.. how is it beneficial.. besides like some fresh air?
it doesnt seem like much exercise.. any ideas?

  1. It aids in flexibility. The tai chi form is done slow to make sure that it is perfect. It helps relax the mind and body. I know it doesn’t seem like much of a workout, but you do twenty minutes of lady horse stance and tell me what u think then.
