  4. Let me explain it to you the best way it was explained to me. In a story!
There was a Zen master in Japan named Aikido. He was very wise so many people often came to him for spiritual advise. He lived next door to a man who had a beautiful daughter. One day this daughter became pregnant. When her father discovered this he grilled her to find out who was the father. Out of fear she told him it was Aikido the Zen master. The father became very angry and went next door and confronted Aikido. He told him that his daughter had confessed that he was the father. Aikido responded with a smile and simply stated, “Is that so?” This ruined the Zen masters reputation. People stopped going to him for advise. After the baby was born the father returned and gave the baby to Aikido and told him since it is your baby it is your responsibility to care for it. Aikido again responded with a smile and stated, “Is that so?” He took the baby and cared for it as any loving parent would. About a year later the daughter confessed that the father was not Aikido the Zen master, but the butchers son who lived down the street. The father was overcome with guilt and went next door and apologized to the Zen master. He told Aikido that his daughter had lied to him, that he was very sorry and that he wanted the baby back. Once again the Zen master resonded with a smile and stated, “Is that so?” He then gave back the baby and went on with his day.
The moral of this story is obvious. Regardless of the situation; good or bad, positive or negative, Aikido responds to life with the same attitude. He understands that lifes circumstances are all about perception. Good and bad are only ideas in our mind. The only actual truth is reality. Not our perception of it. This is enlightenment!
    God Bless! +?+

  5. When one formally is admitting to oneself to be enlightened, and perhaps also telling others, one indeed is enlightened having a quantity or an idea of a material or spiritual Light that is illuminating oneself.
One may declare, loud or silently, perhaps in a fit of great emotion: “I am enlightened!”
If upon hearing or reading or in other way perceiving that assertion, somebody, that perhaps cannot see any particular glow of body and of soul about the person that has declared to be enlightened, will ask:
“How, why, are you Enlightened”, the one being asked, let us say me, might vocally respond or secretly think in a way like this: “From within the warm deeper throbbing vaults of my own chest / heart, from along the immense calm or wind-swept sun-kissed or gloomy shores and landscapes and horizons and heavens and yonders of my own soul, I can feel that I am the great enlightened actor in a sublimer apotheosis of wondrous glowing certainty and of immense perennial bliss.”
The ones proudly declaring something in this style may feel that they are enlightened, while those who are listening and understanding may believe it as glowingly true or they may believe it as a bedazzled conceitedness. In both cases light may strongly be involved.
Amen. Have some great lovely laughs.

  6. when one is enlightened you would not be asking questions anymore because you would have gained true and complete knowledge.
    good luck!
