How does meditation affect you during the times when you're not meditating?

It brings a more calm understanding to your life. The long term effects are better choices and more calm relationships.


All life becomes a meditation.


No, unless your whole life has become a meditation, and you don’t need to sit down and close your eyes and meditate to become meditative.


As mentioned it brings calmness.
Your more able to rationalise, rather than simply react. As your calm your less prone to stress, so better for health.


The autonomy of your brain will be under the control of your higher consciousness so you wont get trapped by banalities of this world.
