How does a person access the Akashic record? Who has done so up until now?

There is no such thing in reality. Some fraud invented it. I read about this recently, and I have seen mentions of it for years. I cannot recall now who claimed to have seen it. I think only one person said anything about it, so no one should take his or her unsupported word.
