how do you get rid of regrets from your mind. like getting rid of all the negative energy?

how do you do that?

  1. Just think back on your life and remeber that nothing ever stays the same, just think of them as a stage of ur life that had to happen to make u better.

  2. write, write, write.
    sing.
    compose music.
    meditate.
    sleep.
    let it out to someone close.
    go to church.
    talk hikes, walks, drives, or travel.
    read about my problems.
    recycle.
    buuut i usually do things i enjoy like dance and sing.

  3. you tell yourself what’s done is done. It’s in the past and there is nothing you can do but learn from your mistakes/regrets. You can’t live in the past, only learn from it.

  4. get drunk, hit your head against a wall, hemispherectomys etc. unless your looking for a temporary solution in which i suggest personal torture, all the pain will keep your mind of it
    by the way i am not subject to any personal injury in which most likely will occur if u try these solutions instead just accept that you did it and the only one keeping those thoughts alive is yourself

  5. First of all you need to stop beating yourself up for whatever you’ve done that you now regret. It’s done and in the past. There is a lesson to be learned from everything we experience, negative or positive. Figure out what the lesson is (if you haven’t already done so) and move on to the next thing. Hopefully you won’t make the same mistake twice.

  6. Some of the worst memories and negative thoughts I’ve had only went away when I moved on and started taking chances. I moved to a different area, met new people, got a new haircut and gained new experiences. The new and positive experiences I have now cancelled out the negative energy I had when I was younger. Give it time and work on being your own person, express yourself and develop confidence.

  7. talk to people about it, or think about the regerts you had, and look at the positives about it. you can release the negative energy by exercising. clear your mind first by deep breathes.
