How do u insert a web URL to a JPG, GIF on PNG?

Thats what i want to do:
To put a background image in your profile, insert a web URL to a JPG, GIF on PNG in the ‘Personalize’ section of the ‘Edit Profile’.
Images that work best are repetitive patterns or large images that are at least 1024 x 768 pixels.
For example: http://buddhahood.free.fr/dharma_art/web/backgrounds/clouds5.jpg

If you are writing the code in HTML than you have to define the image source between the
If you are using any software like Dreamweaver or Frontpage you can right click on the image and select hyperlink option.
I think this answers your question.

find the “Prt Sc” button somewhere on your computer, press it and press ‘paste’ in a graphics program.

Hey, if you make your online profile by Frontpage or Dreamweaver, or any other software like this, you can right-click the picture and select “Hyperlink” option, then what you do is to place the URL in the diallog window.
