  1. i just did this…
go to the website and purchase the new monuments and meolodies cd that is going to be released sometime in june.. then before, look for when the tickets for their summer tour go on sale in your city and then about a week before the concert skyroo.com will email you a code for presale tickets..!

  2. Wait I’m confused? Do you get the tickets for pre-ordering the album or are “pre-sale tickets” just a way to get them early? Because if it is the second one, they that is just dumb. I can get tickets anyways. If I can get them easy by pre-ordering then I’m all for it!

Meditation and Labyrinths

Some people confuse labyrinths with mazes, but it's not a maze. It is more of a meditation that is in walking form. Let me explain. The labyrinth has a pathway that you walk in order to reach the center but it goes round and round, back and forth, until you reach the center. The key is to take slow steps and just walk towards the center; taking your time and following your breath.

The Methods Of Zen Meditation

In layman's term, Zen meditation is letting go of pessimistic thoughts and simply relaxing. In Buddhism, it is a contemplative discipline performed to achieve calmness in the mind and body.
