how do I get that flying sensation through meditation?





I read that you can get that flying sensation like you get in your dreams but its through meditation…How do I make this happen? is there a specific name to this kind of meditation?


  1. Meditate for 75 years until you reach enlightenment.
    You’ll probably be under a tree, and an apple hitting your head will clarify this.

  2. Half-sleep…or do what I do, go on a trampaline for a while, jump a lot, and when you rest you’ll get the feeling that you’re still jumping. It’s pretty cool.
