How do I get out of a gang stalking cult group?

  1. I will assume that you mean “How do I get the gang stalking group to leave me alone?”
Based on information gathered from people that have been going through this for over 10 years, I don’t think you can get them to leave you alone. Until people become aware that this is happening, we will not be able to get any kind of legislation through to stop it. The stalking laws currently on the book only deal with individual stalkers, not a bunch of unknown “random” people who going around harassing, bullying, and intimidating people.
Try to educate yourself as thoroughly as possible. Then try to spread the word. There are many fake targets online who try to spread disinformation about what is happening, to discredit real targets, so make sure you send people to websites that contain good information.
Do not go to the police unless you have tangible proof of a crime, they will not help you and will call you delusional and tell you to get psychological help. They are trained to do so and nothing good can come of an encounter with someone who wants to have you institutionalized.
Remain calm, don’t do anything illegal, and don’t go around accusing everyone you see of being involved. That will only help to isolate you from your loved ones. Once isolated, they can pretty much get away with anything.

Meditation and Labyrinths

Some people confuse labyrinths with mazes, but it's not a maze. It is more of a meditation that is in walking form. Let me explain. The labyrinth has a pathway that you walk in order to reach the center but it goes round and round, back and forth, until you reach the center. The key is to take slow steps and just walk towards the center; taking your time and following your breath.
