First ask God to increase your faith, just as the disciples asked for increased faith. Then, the next step is to practice your faith. Faith is a lot like a muscle, it only gets stronger with exercise and use. If not used, your faith will atrophy. Find opportunities to step out in faith and just do it.
I speak blessings and increased faith into your life right now.
All glory to God!

Remember.Faith comes by HEARING. Hearing by the word of God. Get into His Word.
Also, the more you pray the more you can see that God is Faithful.
Ask God to “help you with your unbelief.”

Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
The word “hearing” has a special meaning. It means understanding.
Mat 11:15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Rev 13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Psa 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth forever.
Your faith will increase as you study and DO.

G-d says: “In the earth are signs for those of assured faith, as also in your own selves, will ye not then see.”
Jesus shared his body and blood with his disciples, symbolically, this Bread was his (body of knowledge), that G-d created him for. So what has the ability to eat, to consume, that which is (to B-read) the Bread? It is the human intellect!
And as we know, blood is the source of life, and new life, so the blood of Jesus, represent, a source of new ideals!
Jesus was not teaching his followers, Spiritual Canibalism, he was appealling, and stimulating their intellect, for the coming darkness, the famine, a lack of not being able to hear, and read the word of G-d correctly!
Remember! Supper, is a time when most individuals, and families eat their (Supper) when the (sun) is setting, it is declining, darkness is appearing on the horizon.
And where were they, when Jesus shared his body of knowledge? They were in the upper Chamber, meaning, he was elevating them to a Higher understanding of G-d’s word! And the word Disciple, is a play on the word Discipline, this means, that to elevate (your Faith), you must, Discipline your self, your life, to read the word of G-d correctly!
I thought the Bible was enough…..
