  1. I’m not aware of any ways to do that. You can google it and you will find a whole lot of sources of information. Some of them I’m not so sure about, like the ones that charge $225 per session.

  2. When you can learn to stay in a meditative state without going into a meditation. Practise till you no longer need to, efforts only till when you don’t need any.

  3. I have heard certain sound frequencies vibrating at a certain speed will induce a trance like state that could encourage this perspective. Scientifically, it makes some sense considering atoms/matter vibrate at a certain frequency as well as light and energy.
