A Little Qigong Anyone?

Qigong is the venerable Chinese art and science of becoming aware of this life's energy, and learning how to manage it's flow through a precise choreography of posture, movement, respiratory technique, and meditation.A living soul acquires qi from the food by eating, from the air by breathing, and from interacting with their surroundings. In the body, qi represents the unseen essential force that sustains a lifetime. A person becomes ill or dies when the amount or category of qi is unbalanced within the body. Qigong practice involves the manipulation and balance of the qi within the practitioner's body, and it's interaction with the practitioner's surroundings. The method and ultimate goal for the practice is dependent on the practitioner.

Do you think you are going to meet yourself as somebody you used to be in the outer world? In going inwards will you find someone there waiting for you?

Krishnabai and Jai Sahaja! sing this powerful bhajan, “He Mata Kali” during a Live Bhajans concert on 7 March, 2020 in Rishikesh

“Hara Mahadeva” (by Samadhi) performed by Prem and Jai Sahaja! This uplifting song was performed by Prem and the Jai Sahaja! Bhajans Group in Monte Sahaja for Guru Purnima on 5 July, 2020. Guru Purnima is an auspicious day to honour, celebrate and express our deep gratitude for the immense blessing of the Guru. The word ‘Guru’ has Sanskrit origins, meaning ‘the dispeller of darkness’, and such a one is a light unto this world

The “Papaji Song” was written by Mooji for his Master, Papaji, many years ago. In 2016 (for the first time since 1997) Mooji returned to Lucknow and was invited to share Satsang at the Papaji Satsang Bhavan. This song was sung at the end of one of the Satsangs there.

Tibet – Cry of the Snow Lion

Tibet was invaded, pillared, raped, destroyed. Tibet had no armies, no weapons, no tanks; yet their monasteries were robbed, priceless historical and religious scriptures were burned, monks tortured, and nuns raped before being horribly murdered. Tibetans were forced not to meditate, but to work in the fields. Under loaded machine guns, meditators were being forced to work in labor camps and wear the typical Chinese peasant uniforms so that all their uniqueness and individuality would be destroyed. In addition, the Tibetan language is deliberately being destroyed; children are forced to learn and speak Chinese. It is a tragedy that Tibet fell into the hands of materialists who believe people are only matter and that consciousness is only a by-product of matter. Communists are not interested in meditation and they even deny the existence of the inner sphere.

An Expansive Consciousness

Miracles of Turmeric

Turmeric is an Indian herb belonging to the ginger family and produces a large, aromatic rhizome. It is also known as kasturi manjal or just simply manjal and has been used in Asia for more than 10,000 years. It was first used as a dye then upon discovering its medicinal benefits, it became a vital part of the oldest medical system known to the human race, Siddha medicine.

Samadhi and Satori : What is the Difference

With Samadhi your old self is gone who was always in the pursuit of happiness, satisfaction, fulfilment of desires and new self is born who doesn’t longs for anything, who doesn’t desires to achieve anything. In that moment when past and future ceases from existence, you become the present.
