Has anyone used meditation and does it work?

I am looking into starting meditation. I need something to relax me and keep my mind from work even if it is for a short period of time. Does it work? And how easy was it to learn?


  1. meditation does work. you can buy meditation cd’s to help you get the hang of it. or sometimes you can borrow them from the library. if you meditate atleast once evry day you wil notice a big difference in your anxiety and stress levels.
