Has anyone experienced Christ Consciousness,that is, a state of union with the Source of All Consciousness?

A lot of confusion surrounds this term, but Christ Consciousness does not mean accepting Christ as your personal saviour, nor does it mean verbatim aquaintance with the Bible. In fact, the Bible is irrelevant in this experience. I have experienced this non-dual state(state of non-separation – also called samadhi by the Hindus) and It was the ultimate experience of my Life. Nothing compares to this state. In it, you become one with the Christ Body and do not perceive yourself as different from it. I was wondering if anyone out there has a clue what I’m talking about.Probably not if you are a Pauline Christian.
Thanks Murphy. Perfect example of the typical Pauline Christian response. Any others?
My point is, that if you have not experienced Christ Consciousness, you essentially have no right to talk about Christ or claim to know His true nature.

  1. You probably know what you are talking about, but i don’t. I sure know that there is only one way to become one with Christ; The bible says;
    “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;
    that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent me.” John.17:20-21
    How do we(they) become one with Him(Jesus), verse 20, “but also those who will believe in Me…”
    You want to be one with Christ?, just believe in Him. Someone will ask what does it mean to believe in Him?
    To believe in Him means believing that he is the Son of God and that he is the Christ, (1John.5:1,10,11), that he came to this world (John3:16, 1John.4:3), that he came and died for your sins and mine, that he died on the cross of Calvary for our sins (Matthew.27:50 Luke.23:46), that he rose again from the dead on the third day (John.24:38-39) , and that he is now seated at the right hand of his father exalted above everything and every name (Philippians. 2:5-11, Acts.7:55).
    That is what it means to believe in him and that is how to be one with Jesus anything outside is trouble, you might just be toying with demonic powers and not know it, just be careful

  2. I think I can ‘guess’ what you experienced. But I’m not too sure. one who have reached the ‘samadhi’ state, may not be asking this question, yes I’m a bit confused, whats the point of your question. what are you getting at by asking it in this forum.
    what a person reach in a meditation may be unique to each individual and it cannot be explained, can only be experienced. explaining it would be like explaining the taste of salt to those who havent taste it before. and to my knowledge, people’s spiritual experience such as yours can be in many many different ways, thats why most people have guide or master. your question: … if anyone out there has a clue what you are talking about… the answer: yes, maybe… anyway, congratulations, you have experienced something most people may not have any clue what it is about, i’m sure it is only good and brings good things in your (spiritual) life…

  3. Whatever name it is given, Christ Consciousness is what has also been called, the mystical state (also known as higher consciousness, ultimate reality, nirvana and more). The mystical experience is the onset of the mystical state. It is a gift like no other. Of course it can only arrive from within the self. It is an insight, a realization, an awakening that brings on that so-called mystical state or what we can also call, peace of mind and freedom of thought. Importantly, today we know WHY it occurs and HOW it can be attained.
