Lynda is an author, artist and mentor whose guiding intention through everything she creates is to inspire others to connect to their authentic selves and awaken to their true nature, so they too live deeply enriched, fulfilled and purposeful lives. Lynda’s creative gifts were evident from her early childhood, when even her teachers paid testament to her outstanding skills in both art and writing.

She has always had an inquisitive nature and an intuitive sense that there is deeper meaning to life on Earth; through her own life journey she has come to understand that her creative gifts and her imagination are a gateway to a much larger part of herself; her true authentic self, the source from which we all come. In 2011 Lynda’s first novel, Awakening of the Dream Riders and first children’s story Where’s the Magic Wand?, were published by Juicy Living Publishing.

Lynda believes that by empowering children at a young age we are giving them the greatest gift of all; the knowledge that they matter, and that their is a purpose and deeper meaning for their lives! There are more books in both series’ currently in progress. Through her stories, Lynda aims to share knowledge that will encourage readers to open their minds and hearts to ideas and wisdom they may not have previously considered or encountered. Lynda recently launched her Awakening Writers workshops as another means of inspiring young people. She offers this one day workshop (in schools or other groups of young people

  2. Everything she said really hit home with me… I guess at the end of the day it’s all??? about being brave and surrendering 🙂

  3. This is by far my favorite interview ! And it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time…Before I even turned on the video I just knew??? this was something that was going to have a huge impact on me…thanks lilou for these videos your such an inspiration!

  4. Ah, the New Forest, quite near where I spent most of my life in the south, although don’t live there now. Did you come across horses on??? the road?

  5. Totally identify with feeling the fear! Great advice about dealing with fear. Feel the fear and do it anyway. I am editing my book atm, that I??? have been frightened about publishing, bt through daily prayer’s, affirmations and watching video’s like this, that have great advice I am going with the flow of creation and giving birth to my book. Very happy about this xx

  6. Love the whole thing, but magic isn’t a positive thing. But everything else said is abundantly??? true.

  7. thank you. needed to hear that right now! lessons (re)learned:
    1) befriend your fear-do things with fear-fear is a way to show you some part of you needs love. 2) say Yes to things-you’ll fear but that’s natural-it isn’t the ‘real full authentic me’ which can take care of the fear 3) say yes??? to life! saying yes instead of no keeps the power of attraction rolling!

  8. 4) everything happens on the inside-changing things inside, changes things outside! 5) level of the mind wants to know all the answers, but the part of us that is creating the world is bigger than us-the willingness??? of living in the ‘not knowing’ is where we allow for possibility of the impossible, magic!

Meditation and Labyrinths

Some people confuse labyrinths with mazes, but it's not a maze. It is more of a meditation that is in walking form. Let me explain. The labyrinth has a pathway that you walk in order to reach the center but it goes round and round, back and forth, until you reach the center. The key is to take slow steps and just walk towards the center; taking your time and following your breath.

The Methods Of Zen Meditation

In layman's term, Zen meditation is letting go of pessimistic thoughts and simply relaxing. In Buddhism, it is a contemplative discipline performed to achieve calmness in the mind and body. Most importantly, it aims for a practitioner to understand the nature of life to obtain enlightenment. To fully experience positive results of Zen meditation, there are three general methods to consider such as Concentration; Koan Introspection; and Shikantaza.

Clairvoyant Meditation for Psychic Intuition

To develop your clairvoyance, you must be able to attain a higher level of consciousness. You need to work on your spirituality and this can be done in several ways. The most common way is through tapping the power of your third eye. Another effective way is through constant meditation.
