        by Yellow Ledbetter:

Today I was meditating, and a little while into the session, my exhales became shaky, like a shivering sensation. My hands and legs were tingling and I had sweaty palms. I was doing a healing meditation but am fairly new. I would inhale colors of light and exhale bad energy if that helps answer the question.
I was sitting in a comfortable chair. AWW YEEAAAH! This is a serious question, though.
I forgot to mention that my nose started to run.

Sounds as though you need a fix.

There something more here than just blood pressure dropping @ first.
Maybe something spiritual or ghostly happened.
I believe the out come of the this was the blood pressure dropping.
I’ve been that way after have a spiritual moment.

not sure…i’d keep doing it though maybe your body wasn’t quite used to the cleansing process? you said you were new, maybe your body just needs to adjust to it, i’d keep doing it though, just like bodies adjust to any new process
