Does Zen practice say that we are already enlightened but we don't know it until we practice zazen?

        Zen practice says nothing.
Im not being ironic, I mean that zen has no scripture.
If you are not aware of being enlightened, then are you really enlightened????

No. The practice of zazen is a way to pass the time until your are ready. By the time ready appears, you are now longer in need of ready.

The Patriarch Zen meditation taught by Sakyamuni aims at cleaning up the mental barriers that keep us from seeing our real mind. When these barriers are gone, the real mind naturally reveals itself, which is a happening called enlightenment.
Like waking from a deep dream, the enlightened person finds that all the people and the world he knew of were not real. That life has been an open-eye dream much like our closed-eye dream, it disappears upon waking. Such realization in Buddhism is called “self-proven truth.”

No, if you don’t practice, then you remain un-enlightened.
In the section “Different Levels Have Different Laws” of the Zhuan Falun Lecture on the web, you can find out a discussion about Zen Buddhism.
Not relating to Buddhism, Falun Gong is a unique Buddhist School. Falun Gong is based upon the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. Falun Gong consists of five sets of powerful exercises.
Falun Gong, Tibetans, other Buddhists, and Christians have been persecuted in China. The most offensive human right violation is the organ harvesting from the Falun Gong practitioners in China.
