the Kundalini is the same thing as the caduceus which is the same thing as the egyptian winged disk which are ancient symbols of psychedelic enlightenment through psychoactive plants/drugs.
The entheogens open up the 3rd eye, crown chakra, awaken the kundalini, open the eye of horus, the inner vision, the "higher" state of conciousness... depending on which religion you're following. Most religions have long did away with the real gods the enlightening drugs and replaced them with the man god symbols they have everyone worshipping today.

Krishna was the Godman of the Upanishads. Shiva is the aspect of God that destroys creation when it doesn't allow the fulfillment of God's will. Kundalini is the spiritual energy that is located at the base of everyone's spine. Krishna most likely didn't marry Shiva since Shiva is a name for God that destroys in an automatic mode and Krishna is a non-automatic representation of God the way Christ was.

Kundalini is the serpent power lying dormant in every human being, some says just below the naval and others feel it below the spinal cord.
All religious practices including meditation are meant to awake this spiritual power.
Kundalini has nothing to do with Shiva or Krishna.
