I need more energy. If i start working out or doing yoga will i feel better and more energized?

I'm only doing school work and homework and it feels like im SOO inactive. I need somthing to do. I already have a gym membership done so if i go to yoga classes and stuff will it help my energy level at all? Can it be an imidiate difference?

Exercise, some sunshine and a good diet of whole, real foods including lots of fruits and vegetables will boost your energy. I'm 45 and a ballroom dancer, I dance the feet off guys half my age.

i love yoga, it broke me out of my shel
life was going to fast - go outside and breath* - streatch* - relax*
It makes you feel, wonderful -well that was an understatement - i cant explain how great it feels - go and try it - you wont regret it . . . .
