How to get the most energy out of ramadan?

I am 16 yrs old and I want to know how to be more productive and active during ramadan. I want to keep my fasts all day long, but i also dont want that about-to-drop-dead feeling in me.

well if you sit and do nothing then that's how you would feel. i always move around like cooking and cleaning, in ramadan some how it's a lot of cooking and cleaning. so i would say keep yourself busy and praying lots and reading lots of Quran make you realize how special it is fasting and being a muslim.

For suhoor take foods rich in Carbohydrates, it will build on your bodies Glycogen store and you will have more energy during the day. Salam

You can indulge in almost every activities you normally do before ramadan, but in whatever you do, try to avoid dehydration, that will sap your energy away.
