How to get the most energy out of ramadan?
I am 16 yrs old and I want to know how to be more productive and active during ramadan. I want to keep my fasts all day long, but i also dont want that about-to-drop-dead feeling in me.
For suhoor take foods rich in Carbohydrates, it will build on your bodies Glycogen store and you will have more energy during the day. Salam
You can indulge in almost every activities you normally do before ramadan, but in whatever you do, try to avoid dehydration, that will sap your energy away.
