How do you go deeper in meditation?
How do you practice presence so deeply that you are no longer aware of your surroundings and your mind is completely blank to the point to where you are no longer aware of anything or even aware of the self?
when your mind is quiet that is the goal, maintaining quiet is healing. true meditation you don't astro trip and visualize, lol
It has to simply occur. It cannot be forced to happen, or else You are doing it and therefore aware of yourself.
