How can people believe in prayer but not magick when prayer IS magick but you wrongly credit god not your self?
Prayer is magick but it wrongly credits God rather than your divine soul.
That is what is called a loaded question -- you are starting out by eliminating the answer you know you don't want to hear.
Prayer: Practicing The Presence Of God. Period. (magic is either an illusion or from demons.)
But what if magick is prayer but you wrongly credit yourself and not God?
As far as I'm concerned, both are bogus. They are both ways that help people feel better about things they cannot control. But that's just my opinion
Get a life and learn to spell
Divine souls couldn't have "evolved", thus requiring the existence of God. Your logic is a little goofy, care to take another crack at your conclusion?
Good point. I don't believe in prayer or magicKKKKKK.
Prayer to God (Jesus) is not magick. It can be "magical" but not in the way that "magick" is, which actually deals with evil spirits and using the devil to do your will. And yes, it IS using the devil to do your will. I've done magick in the past, and have met many people who have, and nothing good comes of it, nothing whatsoever. Neither does praying to the universe, or being an athiest and living life by your own guidance, or by the guidance of your so-called "higher self". And if you read about it, magick, and also buddhism and new age stuff, has a lot of the same guidelines as satanism. So yes, it all goes back to satan.
As Jesus Christ has answered millions of my prayers, I give Him all of the credit. I, as a human w/ a soul, ask for what I need or want, and He takes care of everything.
for some strange reason i get the feeling you assumed and intended on the majoirty of people not understanding your question before they answered
Yes... I have heard this even in the spiritual paths, as to asking people to heal them if you are a reiki practitioner. People claim that when you do spell or something that is evil or work of a devil, while prayer on the other hand goes on many times without the person knowing of it. A religious person may think a person is evil or going the wrong way in their life, so they just take up praying for them, which is considered firstly meddling if the person did not ask for it. And no matter how people look at prayer it is magick, that is why it does not work all of the time and for everyone. It is not because their god said yes or no, it is in their ability to attract what they want.
Even magick is looked at wrongly. Many in the religious are taught you have to call demons or wave a magic wand like in Disney movies and cartoons, but it does not work that way. Sure, people that are drawn to the darker side may call a deity, demon, spirit, etc. but they themselves either know or do not know the truth behind how these things work, and it is not as many think they do. Too much superstitious belief and lack of knowledge when it comes to how our minds work and what it is capable of.
Again, I am not putting anyone down for doing these things on either side.
