The first thing: whenever you make love to a woman or a man, that is the right moment to look for the inner woman or the inner man. Whenever you make love to a woman, do it with closed eyes, make it a meditation. The woman outside always helps the inner woman to become awake. And when you make love your inner energies, both male and female, come to a peak. When the orgasm happens, it is not between you and the outer woman, it always happens between you and the inner woman.
So if you are alert you will become aware of the phenomenon that inside a meeting of energies is happening. And whenever this happens, the orgasm will be all over the body; it will not be local, it will not be confined to the sex center. If it is confined to the sex center it is just masturbation, nothing else. Orgasm means the whole body, every fiber of the body throbs with a new life, with a new energy, because much energy is released by the meeting. The meeting is happening within, but if you go on looking outside you will miss.
The outer woman or the outer man is just a representative of the inner. When you fall in love with a woman or a man, you fall in love only because that woman or man corresponds somehow with the inner. That's why you cannot give any reasons why you are in love with this woman, because it is not a rational thing at all.
You carry a woman within. Whenever any woman fits with that inner woman, suddenly you are in love. That love is not manipulated by you, it is not your mind that is falling in love, it is something very unconscious. In this woman you have a glimpse, suddenly you feel that this is the right person.

Honestly, i'm into spiritualism alot. I meditate occasionally to sense my soul and increase my inner energy. Improve it, control it, project it to gain some telekinesis and psychokinesis skills as well as master lucid dreaming and astral projection. However, i usually come to a day that i have strong sexual energy which i can not rid of it except by sex, or masturbating. The libido is so distracting to my mind and thinking, i can not rid of the sexual thinking or do anything else until i rid of this sexual energy.
So what i do is, i do twice and then everything becomes O.K. However, this puts me down because i feel Oh Lord, i have wasted my efforts towards meditation since after masturbating i feel weak inside, lazy, laid down, i'm not willing to start meditating and feel the energies and try to project it, etc. I feel my awareness of the surroundings gets reduced to a level that i do not feel the pulse of the third eye. But after days everything gets back to its normal state. However, after masturbating i feel i'm taking myself backward. If i have not masturbated, i would have improved faster.

there is some scientific truth to it in that masturbation and sex do have a clear calming effect. however (and this is very ma specific so i'll be brief), this particular statement is not good since a calm and level headed fighter is better than an angry testosterone fuelled fighter- many old school fighters tend to say that when you get angry- you become a "natrual fighter" not a "boxer"- basically throwing wild blows and throwing technique and power through proper technique to the wind.

chi in reality comes in two generic categories-
1- the realistic action applied to the generic term "chi"-
this would be soemthing like a person calling: adrenalin, proper form and structure leading to increased power, technique combined with physical stregth, increased cardio and health leading to better conditioning (leading to better fighting endurance), etc.
2- the other is the "magic" version which includes the below links and all that nonsense. no touch ko's the force field chi- the entire premise of qui gong (stealing and transferring "chi")

You masturbate and you are concerned with spiritualism? A truly spiritual person probably would not masturbate. Life is short. Play hard.
I think some past religious teachings may have made you feel this way. Meditation does increase your mind to states of heightened awareness. And when the mind is on full focus, the body pays attention and follows suit. So often people focus on the importance of acheiving enlightenment, and forget that we are human with human needs. Your body is a temple as surely as your mind is. Think of the actual act of orgasm itself: You meditate, and the energy in your body increases. Your mind becomes focused, clear, and as you meditate, your body does the same. It pays attention, it rises and focuses, and for human beings, this means sexual awareness.
I have sat down to meditate, opened my chakras and waited for my sexual urges to appear. They have never failed me. But it's ME that decides when to release it. If you build and build and build the energy in your mind and body but give it no release, that's not good! It'll backfire and make you angry or moody or depressed. Masturbation is a release of the energy you are focusing in your mind that your body needs. It is a "cone of energy" and it completely beneficial to the mind AND body. Yes, you feel lethargic afterwards, but you have not lost. You have gained. Every time you meditate, you become more aligned. Every time you acknowledge your body and it's needs, you become more aligned.
