hi. im new at the whole astrall projection process. i know i've done it so many times before but never been aware of it until couple weeks ago while watching tv i was tired from not sleeping all day and night and when i finally started sleeping my body was vibrating and a black void appeared and the next thing i noticed was that i was somewhere else about 30 seconds later the same black void came again and i awoke. It couldnt been a dream it was way too short to be a dream. I realize it could of been sleeping paralysis but i swear it felt like i was in a difference place. I think i astral projected but wasnt too sure. Can anyone help me on this?

Go to the library and check out books by Sylvia Browne.
She is supposedly an expert on the matter.
I've read a lot of her books.
She also has a website.
Go to a book store, they have a lot on astral projection. In most Pagan/Wiccan books there is also talk of it.
Good luck. and when you do . A word of advice. Try to stay in the same room. Or house. I don't know what happened to you that you felt as if you were somewhere ells. Sometimes things happen just be careful. When you do learn how to control it. it can be very rewording. Its a good way to check on family who are sick or like "my grandma" when you live far from them.

Hello, I need help badly, I have been astral projecting since I was a kid, and I can't even control it, sometimes in my sleep, and sometimes just sitting down, I can't control anything, am getting depressed as I can't discuss this with anybody including my parents, what is happening to me? Am I normal? I need badly before I go crazy
