Enemy consciousness of divisional Jesus? What enemies to either hate or love in Christ is our peace?

Jesus, who brought division and not peace, said
no longer hate your enemy, but love your enemy.
However this is still ‘enemy’ consciousness. For
grace of law/grace is still division, and not peace.
Christ, who is our peace, and is not divided,
has no enemies at all to either hate or to love.
God is not the author of enemy consciousness,
rather God is the author of peace (no enemies).
Peace with God is “through Jesus –> Christ”, only in Christ.
Reconciling the world to God is done in Christ (not in Jesus).

  1. (Jesus speaking) “Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword. For I have come to set a man ‘against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and one’s enemies will be those of his household'”. (Matthew 10:34-36 NAB)

  2. Jesus is the Christ. What book are you reading? That is throughout the Holy Bible. There is no other name under Heaven by which we are saved. You and other’s are taking this scripture out of context. The reason He said that He didn’t come to bring peace but division is because there is only salvation through Him and a daughter will except Him as the Messiah when the mother will not along with other family members. Some Jews have accepted Jesus Christ as the promised Messiah but, there are many others that hasn’t and are upset that there family member has and it has caused division in the family. Look at Islam and what happens when someone turns to Jesus Christ for salvation and sees the truth and now they are an infidel. They dishonor their family and are suppose to be killed to restore honor and save the family from ridicule and shame. See division, not peace. Hope this helps. God bless.
