I’ve starting the weight loss yoga level 1, 2, and 3 every day for about 60 minutes every day a week. How long till I see results? Does it really work?

No, yoga doesn’t work that well for weight loss. Yoga is a relaxation and spiritual awareness exercise, and has never been that great for losing weight, although it can keep you fit! I suggest an apple fast if you want to lose it quick! I did a 3 day apple fast a few days ago and lost 10lbs in 3 days! Just google it for instructions!

Yes and no. Depends on how consistent you are. Every weight loss exercise plan works well if you consistent doing it. If you see stop once you see results, you will see you tummy come out again. So keep it up and make it a habit.
If you persist, you should see results in 2 months.
I know that many debatable theories have been proposed, such as consciousness arising from matter (highly unlikely) and matter arising from consciousness (still debated)...
