Does Hypnosis really work on losing weight?

I went to a hypnotist, and eveything he said sounds good, he even did a small hypnotism test on me, which i gotta admit worked on me eventho i dont want to amit it. I dont want to waste money on it, and it doesnt even work? Has anybody ever tried hypnosis to lose weight? Did it really work?

  1. I am not sure about the hypnosis. I AM CERTAIN BY PERSONAL USE THAT XOCAI HEALTHY DARK CHOCOLATE WORKS AS I HAVE LOST 16 LBS IN 3 MONTHS. The web sight is mxi.corp. Its real and it works

  2. Yes it did. A recent study shows that of three groups of dieters, the ones that supplemented their dieting with hypnosis lost 30% more weight on average. The first group was put on a strict low calorie eating plan no exercise. The second group was placed on a 1200 calorie a day eating plan and 30 minutes of exercise daily. The 3rd group was put on the 1200 calorie a day eating plan with 30 minutes of exercise *and* a daily hypnotic session .Those using the hypnosis also said that it really helped them with eating healthier and they found it easier to exercise more as well. Hypnosis won’t do the work for you but, along with a healthy diet and regular exercise, it can be a great tool to add that little extra to your efforts …..good luck

  3. Hello
Hypnosis is a natural state, you enter it several times a day. All that the hypnotherapist does is, with your permission, take you into that state.
Yes it does work. Give it a go. Remember that weight is a secondary issue – your attitude towards self, diet & food comes first.
