Does anyone on here have the ability to see auras? Can you see your own?

  1. Literally see, not really – not without concentrating. Even then it’s more like the name of the color pops into my head than a visual representation of it.
I’ve never seen my own, although I have had aura pics done.

  2. When I have fallen, or got hit by a soccer ball or something, I have always seen a blue flash. Most people I’ve spoken to said they do not see this during any impactful event. And some think I’m seeing my own aura.
I also see a blue green dot once in a while, that floats across my vision.

  3. I don’t think that I am able to see them like visually, like I see the TV, but I sense colors around a few people. I often feel like my aura is yellow, sometimes with blue streaks, but I have no clue what that means. Maybe I will look into it.
    Have a good day.

  4. I can see auras. I haven’t found it useful to see my own though. I usually know how I’m feeling, and can imagine what colors it would be.
If you want to see your own, stand in front of a white wall with a mirror. Don’t focus on the image in the mirror, keep your eyes on the wall behind you (in the mirror)…let them just relax. You should be able to see some faint colors. It might not happen on the first try, but keep practicing. The more you do it, the easier it gets.

  5. To see your own aura stand about 1 1/2 foot away from the wall and look at your reflection in a mirror.
do NOT focus on looking at your image; focus on the wall behind you. (best to do this in front od a neutral colored wall with dim light.
Continue to focus your eyes on the wall behind you. After 15-30 seconds you may see a lighter area around your body (that is your aura) practise looking at your aura; and you will be able to see colors in your aura.
As soon as you focus your eyes on your reflection in the mirror; the aura will disappear.
