I just read a book about how if you find out what/who you were in a past life (thru hypnosis) it could help resolve present day issues. Wondering if any truth to that.

I’ve read a little bit about it, too. I’m always curious as to why people don’t seem to remember past lives of being peasants, if there’s any truth to it.

No, no one has any experiences regarding past lives, as each of us gets only one life.
There’s no credible evidence that we “recycle” through more than one life.
