Do you believe God is the universal mind?

Is God the subconscious of every human being or is he/it/she a fairy tale almighty wizard looking guy who made human beings for mere amusement and governs them with natural disasters?

  1. Neither. If you’re using the word “God” to refer to the subconscious of every human being then why not just call it the subconscious of every human being? You’ve simply come up with another word to refer to the subconscious of every human being. I don’t know how this subconscious of every human being is responsible for the creation of the universe.
If you’re using “God” to refer to an invisible magic man that lives in the clouds and grants wishes then that is patently false.

  2. Neither.
There’s no evidence that there is any “universal mind,” so it can’t be that.
From the posts on here, “god” is pretty much anything anybody wants it to be.
    Peace.

  3. Doesn’t matter what I believe. God owes me $20.00 bucks, and if he doesn’t pay up soon, I’m going to have Hercules and the boys rough him up a bit. If I have to get Chuck Norris involved, it won’t look good for a couple of cherubim and seraphim.

  4. I think “God” is everything, INCLUDING the subconscious minds of every living being. It is the universe and the events that happen in it. It is a physical, logical and spiritual entity. The software and the hardware. And I think we’re making a big mistake by thinking that we are separate from it.
