Can yoga give you tone body like the people in the videos?

Every yoga video I see has someone who is pretty tone and muscular in it, yet the routines themselves don’t seems as if they, alone, could give someone this kind of body (obviously in addition to a healthy lifestyle). Are the models just that–models–who also work out and weight train or can yoga alone on a regular basis tone and sculpt ones body?

    Its all a bunch of BS. I tried yoga for three years. I sat and watched those videos untill my eyes hurt. Never lost a pound. Its a waste of time

  2. If you do it correctly, when you feel the burn you do. Be warned though, you have to be pretty flexible to suceed in those videos.
    I would try swimming, it works EVERYTHING and you do not feel it.
