Stupid people are annoying

Astral Projection only exists inside the mind of the person claiming to be able to do it. Same as with Hypnosis… It is either total delusion or the person claiming to be able to do it is making it up for attention. Period.
There is no “Soul”, there is no way to “Leave Your Body” without brain trauma, hypoxia, or hallucinogenic substances…
You can’t leave your body… Those that claim to have had Near Death Experiences are experiencing a hallucination that is easily reproduced in the lab, when the body is in no danger what so ever.
If you think hard enough and concentrate, you may make yourself believe you are “Feeling” things but that is nothing but a placebo effect.
Stop enabling the nutters to keep pushing off treatment for their mental illness.
✖ Astral projection
Mainstream explanations for reports that are interpreted by believers to be “astral projection” do not accommodate views that there can be sensory perception separated from the physical body. Rather, such out-of-body experiences are solely in the mind of the experiencer. Similar experiences have been, for example, induced with drugs or brain stimulation.[1] [2][3]
✖ External verification of OBEs
Few attempts have been made to verify OBE as being “really” out-of-body by checking the positions of people or objects in another room. The basis for the subject’s belief that the experiences were real was not primarily the external evidence. Very few cases considered it needful to verify for themselves they were physically out-of-body by checking on events at other locations. This type of verification was not what caused them to believe the experience was “real” in the first place. Instead, it was the quality of the experience that drove their perception of its reality, and made it different from a dreaming or illusory experience. [5]
✖ Other observations of OBEs
Not every OBE has exactly the same aspects, but although there are several different types of OBEs with different causes and meanings, there are some common elements:
*These people claim they are not “faking” their experiences.
*They were not, in general, “trying” to have the experience through auto-suggestion, hypnotic trance, etc. *Many seemed frightened and/or confused by the experience; some even to the point of doubting their sanity.
*A belief that they were physically “out of body” is a key feature of the experience. Even though other features of their experience might be self-described as dreamlike, the OBE part was experienced “lucidly”, and was very real to the subjects. Several described their subjective state as “very awake”, “more awake than usual”, etc. Some quotes:
“I knew that these were not dreams, I can now tell the difference and that’s what frightened me [sic], a dream you can ignore but not an experience like these [sic] it made me want to try and find out why are [sic] these things happening to me.”
“Consciousness was as clear and lucid as any wakening experience.”
“I was very alert. It was exactly as if I was awake.”
The quality of the experiences which were strictly part of the OBE had no direct bearing on the remainder of the experience. For example, some describe vivid spiritual experiences following the OBE, which continue to influence their lives. On the other hand, others describe a kind of fading into what are self-reported as dreams of no consequence. Conversely, many people report spiritual experiences during sleep or otherwise which are not preceded by an OBE.
✖ astral projection
Astral projection is a type of out-of-body experience (OBE) in which the astral body leaves its other six bodies and journeys far and wide to anywhere in the universe. The notion that we have seven bodies (one for each of the seven planes of reality) is a teaching of theosophist Madame Blavatsky. On its trips, the astral body perceives other astral bodies rather than their physical, etheric, emotional, spiritual, etc. bodies. In an ordinary OBE, such as remote viewing or the out-of-body near-death experience, there is a separation of a person’s consciousness from his or her body. In the near-death out-of-body experience, there may be the experience of hovering above and perceiving one’s body and environs, and hearing conversations of surgeons or rescue workers tinkering with one’s body. In astral projection, it is the astral body, not the soul or consciousness, that leaves the body. The astral body, according to Madame Blavatsky, is the one that has an aura. It is also the seat of feeling and desire, and is generally described as being connected to the physical body during astral projection by an infinitely elastic and very fine silver cord, a kind of cosmic umbilical cord or Ariadne’s thread.
There is scant evidence to support the claim that anyone can project their mind, soul, psyche, spirit, astral body, etheric body, or any other entity to somewhere else on this or any other planet. The main evidence is in the form of testimonials.
✖ anecdotal (testimonial) evidence
Testimonials and vivid anecdotes are one of the most popular and convincing forms of evidence presented for beliefs in the supernatural, paranormal, and pseudoscientific. Nevertheless, testimonials and anecdotes in such matters are of little value in establishing the probability of the claims they are put forth to support. Sincere and vivid accounts of one’s encounter with an angel or the Virgin Mary, an alien, a ghost, a Bigfoot, a child claiming to have lived before, purple auras around dying patients, a miraculous dowser, a levitating guru, or a psychic surgeon are of little value in establishing the reasonableness of believing in such matters.
Anecdotes are unreliable for various reasons. Stories are prone to contamination by beliefs, later experiences, feedback, selective attention to details, and so on. Most stories get distorted in the telling and the retelling. Events get exaggerated. Time sequences get confused. Details get muddled. Memories are imperfect and selective; they are often filled in after the fact. People misinterpret their experiences. Experiences are conditioned by biases, memories, and beliefs, so people’s perceptions might not be accurate. Most people aren’t expecting to be deceived, so they may not be aware of deceptions that others might engage in. Some people make up stories. Some stories are delusions. Sometimes events are inappropriately deemed psychic simply because they seem improbable when they might not be that improbable after all. In short, anecdotes are inherently problematic and are usually impossible to test for accuracy.

â–º Evidence
Evidence in its broadest sense includes everything that is used to determine or demonstrate the truth of an assertion. Giving or procuring evidence is the process of using those things that are either a) presumed to be true, or b) were themselves proven via evidence, to demonstrate an assertion’s truth. Evidence is the currency by which one fulfills the burden of proof.

Desire Ecstacy

Astral projection is essentially achieved by dying.
There are other technicalities, but just read the book of mormon.

The Buddhist Swastika

It’s real.
Your probably in your teens, that’s when it’s really powerful. Because testosterone is stronger in your body then, you come out of Body more often.
The Tree of Knowledge thinks a single thought of lust and the Tree of Life begins to blossom. The Tantric side is to stimulate the Tree of Life and the tree of Knowledge will begin to Blossom, you’ll be able to tap into the other 90% of the mind that most people will never tap into because they are abusing the pleasures of the tree of life.
Basically abstaining from Sex, while taking aphrodisiacs will give more powerful OBEs.
Endure for as long as you can, for desire only brings more suffering.
Forsaking desire, grants you gifts.

Astral projection is where your soul actually leaves your body. This is different from remote viewing where you enter into a trance and will yourself to a specific location. The following two meditations are just basic guidelines. I suggest for more in depth information to click on the PDF links below.
( )
Meditation 1
This meditation feels weird. Just make sure you seriously want to project, otherwise, any hesitation can keep you in your body. You have to be relaxed, both mentally and physically. The first few times are the most difficult. Like with anything else, consistent practice will make this easier, until you no longer have to even enter into a deep trance, but can project any time at will. Some people find projecting easier than others, as they have done this in past lives.
Get real comfortable and go into a trance. When you are so relaxed you can no longer feel your body, you are ready.
Visualize your astral body inside your physical body, being held there by your seven chakras. The chakras can be visualized like colored knobs.
Take each spinning chakra and stop it from spinning and give it a quarter turn in the reverse of the direction it was spinning, like turning a doorknob.
Relax and let go and try to exit.
Meditation 2
This is more like a preparatory exercise. This one is not nearly as powerful as the one above, but less intense for those of you who would rather do this gradually.
Lie down and relax, as above. Go into a trance. Relax to where you feel like you are floating.
Now, lift your left astral arm up. Visualize this. You will need to imagine this, but energy follows where it is directed.
Lift up your right astral arm and touch your face
Touch both your astral hands together.
Do the same thing with each leg and foot.
Imagine your entire astral body floating above your physical body, or somewhere else in the room and concentrate on being there. Just lie there and focus on this for a while.
Keep repeating this exercise often and eventually, astral projection will follow.

I have read a little bit about astral projection (otherwise known as Out-of-Body Experiences). I have no idea if it’s real or not, and frankly I couldn’t tell you how to induce it either, although I’m certain that there are ways to do it. I could tell you a few things that I know but it’s probably not anything you haven’t already found out. You probably already know this, but they most often happen during sleep and during the dream state the consciousness supposedly travels the physical world outside the body.
A book that you could check out which has information on OBEs is “Dreamwork for the Soul” by Rosemary Ellen Guiley. Also in there you will find information about dream interpretation and another phenomenon known as Lucid Dreaming.

This is isn’t going to be much of an answer so I’ll cut right to it.
I’m going to give you a website that will help you with all the questions that you might have concerning that. (One where we do believe it’s real as we have experienced it) If we don’t know the answer to your questions, we’ll direct you to someone who does k?
I hope you find what you are looking for 🙂
EDIT: The post 2 above mine is basically correct. As with almost everything, there are many many different ways to go about it. The second method is very good for beginners to use.
