Can meditation or anything else make up for lack of sleep?

I am really suffering from lack of sleep b/c i have so much work to do–school, work, etc. Is there anyway something like meditation can make up for lack of sleep?

  1. Melatonin, it’s safe and you can buy it over the counter. I would take it around 2 hrs. before you want to go to bed to give it time….
