Can god quantify consciousness? Could god quantify his own consciousness with his consciousness?

Consciousness is only a platform of a stage. Intelligence is the show on stage and knowledge is the actor. So where do we human stand on this platform?

Subconsciousness simply consists of all the biological functions that are brain handles so we don’t have to (digestion, heart beat, breathing rate, etc). Certain aspects of our functions we can control (breathing, metabolism to a degree), but for the most part, these functions will care for themselves.
Consciousness is the state of mind you’re in when you are awake. During this state you can recognize patterns, store and recall memories, feel emotions caused by conditioning and neurochemicals, and experience varying and sometimes wild behaviors because of genetics and/or physical trauma.

How could anyone tell you what God can do, when noone has ever seen him, even in Biblical times, although there are some fabricated reports?
